Soccer Recap: North Posey Comes Up Short

North Posey lost against Southridge back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Vikings fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 2-1. Matthew Wildeman was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

North Posey's goal came courtesy of Ethan Ashby, who's now up to five this season.

North Posey now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Southridge, they picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-4.

North Posey has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Wood Memorial on the 4th. As for Southridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Forest Park on the 4th.
