Soccer Game Preview: Bella Vista vs. Christian Brothers

Christian Brothers will have to contend with a Bella Vista squad hungry for a victory, something the team hasn't seen since January 4. Bella Vista fell 4-2 to Inderkum on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Christian Brothers kept a clean sheet against Ponderosa on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bruins. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Falcons' disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 363rd, while the Bruins are ranked 178th).

Shane Puga and Ethan Brown scored both of Christian Brothers' goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Bella Vista's loss dropped their record down to 4-4-4. As for Christian Brothers, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-5-3 and their overall record up to 6-7-6.
