The ALA - West Foothills Guardians will head out on the road to take on the Thunderbird Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. ALA - West Foothills will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.

ALA - West Foothills will head out to face Thunderbird after giving up their first home loss of the season on Friday. The Guardians took a 26-19 hit to the loss column at the hands of Peoria. The Guardians gained 93 more yards on the day, but it was the Panthers that made the best use of them.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Carlos Serrano, who threw for 213 yards and three TDs. ALA - West Foothills also got a significant boost from Kenyon Rosenthall, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 134 yards.

Meanwhile, Thunderbird played a tough contest on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Paradise Honors, falling 38-7. The Titans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 21-0.

Despite the loss, Thunderbird saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Daryl Little picked up 129 receiving yards and one touchdown. Little was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 58 yards.

Thunderbird's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for ALA - West Foothills, the loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 4-4.
