Basketball Game Preview: Shadow Creek Sharks vs. Dawson Eagles

Shadow Creek and Dawson are an even 4-4 against one another since January of 2021, but not for long. The Shadow Creek Sharks will be playing at home against the Dawson Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Shadow Creek's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven matchups.

Last Friday, Shadow Creek blew past Summer Creek, posting an 82-44 win. The Sharks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Dawson faced off against Clear Lake on Saturday. Dawson was beaten by Clear Lake 76-46. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Shadow Creek's victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1. As for Dawson, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.

Shadow Creek beat Dawson 66-55 in their previous matchup back in February. Will Shadow Creek repeat their success, or does Dawson have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
