Soccer Recap: Lakewood Park Christian Takes a Loss

After flying high against Lakeland Christian Academy last Tuesday, Lakewood Park Christian came back down to earth. The Panthers fell 2-0 to Fort Wayne Fusion on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Lakewood Park Christian of the 1-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Lakewood Park Christian now has a losing record of 2-3.

Lakewood Park Christian has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against New Haven on the 8th. As for Fort Wayne Fusion, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Prairie Heights at 5:30 p.m. on October 2.
