Football Recap: Bayside Falls to St. Edward's in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Bayside unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 20-12 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Edward's Pirates on Friday. The Bears were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pirates apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Bayside didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 19-6 win against Atlantic on the 22nd. As for St. Edward's, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 49-21 victory against Glades Day on the 21st.
