It was a good run, but the North Idaho Christian Royals unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of Flathead Valley HomeSchool by a score of 47-45. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat North Idaho Christian has suffered yet this season.

North Idaho Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Danica Kelly, who scored 16 points along with seven assists and six steals. Kelly is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Symone Pilgrim was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds.

North Idaho Christian's loss dropped their record down to 18-2. As for Flathead Valley HomeSchool, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

North Idaho Christian will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Christian Center at 6:00 p.m. Flathead Valley HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
