Virginia Academy hasn't lost a match yet, a trend which continued in their latest game on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Providence Panthers by a score of 3-1. Given Virginia Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 17th in Virginia, while Providence are ranked 104th in South Carolina) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Sabrina Castellanos and Emme Kuykendall scored all three of Virginia Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 48 goals.

Virginia Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-0-1. As for Providence, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

Coming up, Virginia Academy will challenge Dayspring Christian Academy at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. Providence does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
