Baseball Recap: West Mifflin Takes a Loss

On Monday, the West Mifflin Titans came up short against the Brighton Bulldogs and fell 11-7. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jayvon Thompson was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Horne, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

West Mifflin's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, West Mifflin will welcome Albert Gallatin at 7:00 p.m. on March 24th. As for Brighton, they will take on Penn-Trafford at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
