Baseball Recap: Carlisle Comes Up Short

If Carlisle was feeling good fresh off their 16-0 takedown of Waskom on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians came up short against the Harleton Wildcats on Tuesday, falling 19-1. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Carlisle's loss dropped their record down to 8-14-1. As for Harleton, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Carlisle nor Harleton have any future games scheduled.
