Savannah won the last time they faced Beach and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bluejackets won by a set and slipped past the Bulldogs 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bluejackets.

Savannah had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 16-25, 25-16, 15-7.

Savannah's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Beach, they dropped their record down to 1-12 with the loss, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Savannah will host Bryan County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Beach, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Groves on the 9th.
