Volleyball Recap: Heritage Generals vs. LaFayette Ramblers

Heritage extended their losing streak to eight on Tuesday, dropping them down to 5-8. They fell 2-0 to the LaFayette Ramblers. The Generals were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Ramblers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Reece Oliver paced Heritage's offense, picking up five kills. Oliver got some help from Madison Sertel and her 12 assists. Kara Smith and Mikayla Martin kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

As for LaFayette, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That lines up perfectly with their 12-4 record this season. The game was the first time they have beaten Heritage on their court since October 5, 2021.
