Troy came tearing into Tuesday's match with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Potlatch Loggers 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

One reason for the win was Troy's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-17, 25-14.

Rylee Tucker and Olivia Smith certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Tucker had 27 assists and six digs, while Smith had 13 digs and two assists. Tucker is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 17 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Troy's victory bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Potlatch, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 10-5.

Coincidentally, Troy and Potlatch will both be playing Kendrick the next time they take the court. The Loggers will head out to face the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Trojans will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
