Baseball Recap: Weed Cougars vs. Anderson Cubs
Weed is still undefeated this season after their matchup against Anderson on Tuesday, but Anderson came as close as anyone has to beating them. Weed came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against Anderson. The four-run effort marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Conner Hosino made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over four innings pitched.
