Ignacio Powell Game Report: vs Ferndale

A big congratulations to Ignacio Powell, who pulled down at least ten boards for the first time in his career. He dropped a double-double on 13 points and 14 rebounds as Deer Valley took down Ferndale 52-48. The match beat out his previous career-high of five boards, last achieved on Friday.

Powell and Deer Valley will head out to square off against Freedom at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Freedom will enter the matchup having just beaten Napa, so Deer Valley will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
