Calhoun had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Northwest Whitfield Bruins 3-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-9, 25-15.

Gracison Saylors paced Calhoun's offense, picking up 18 kills. Saylors got some help from Cate Rutland and her 20 assists. Lilly Hayward controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Calhoun's win bumped their record up to 31-9. As for Northwest Whitfield, their loss ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 26-14.

Calhoun wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against LaFayette on the 9th. As for Northwest Whitfield, they have also already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Heritage on the 9th.
