Basketball Game Preview: Flasher Bulldogs vs. Garrison Troopers

The Flasher Bulldogs will face off against the Garrison Troopers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Flasher is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Richardton-Taylor just ended the team's seven-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 42-41 to the Raiders.

Meanwhile, Garrison entered their matchup against Washburn on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Garrison fell just short of Washburn by a score of 41-38. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Troopers have suffered since December 16, 2023.

Flasher's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-7. As for Garrison, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 15-3.
