Basketball Game Preview: Upper Lake Cougars vs. Kelseyville Knights

The Upper Lake Cougars will face off against the Kelseyville Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Upper Lake is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Upper Lake came up short against Cloverdale and fell 55-47.

Meanwhile, Kelseyville had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They strolled past St. Helena with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 66-52. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Knights' disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 810th, while the Saints are ranked 256th).

Upper Lake's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Kelseyville, their win bumped their record up to 7-8.
