Abby Wiegand, Lewistown's leading three-point artist this season, solidified her role on Monday. Wiegand posted 11 points in addition to seven boards and six steals. The performance also marked the highest three-point shooting accuracy (67%) she has had since back in December of 2024. She is becoming a predictor of Lewistown's success: when she posts at least five steals the team is 3-1 (and 9-16 when she doesn't).

Looking ahead, Wiegand and Lewistown will play host again on Thursday to welcome West Prairie, where tip off is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Lewistown is a perfect 4-0 against West Prairie going back to November of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
