Basketball Game Preview: Pineywoods Community Academy Timberwolves vs. Central Heights Blue Devils

Pineywoods Community Academy is 0-10 against Central Heights since January of 2020 but things could change on Tuesday. The Pineywoods Community Academy Timberwolves will head out to take on the Central Heights Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Pineywoods Community Academy will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Woodville, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Pineywoods Community Academy breezed by Woodville to the tune of 67-32 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Central Heights came into Friday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They managed a 39-33 victory over Pollok Central on Friday.

Pineywoods Community Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-13 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.8 points per game. As for Central Heights, their record now sits at 7-15.

Things could have been worse for Pineywoods Community Academy, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 60-46 loss to Central Heights in their previous meeting back in February of 2024.
