Basketball Recap: Scituate Comes Up Short

Scituate was the 40-35 winner over Plymouth South when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The game between the Scituate Sailors and the Plymouth South Panthers didn't end well, with the Scituate Sailors falling 53-38. The contest marked the Sailors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Scituate's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Plymouth South, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-2.

Scituate will head out to face off against Plymouth North at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Plymouth South, they will venture away from home to square off against Silver Lake Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
