Volleyball Recap: Waterloo Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Waterloo lost against Columbia back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bulldogs fell 2-0 to the Eagles.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-11.

Kenzy Koudelka paced Waterloo's offense, picking up seven kills. Koudelka got some help from Ellie Day and her eight assists. Finally, Julia Briggs kept Waterloo's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Waterloo's loss dropped their record down to 24-9. As for Columbia, their victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 31-1.

Waterloo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Highland on the 21st. As for Columbia, they will face off against Freeburg at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
