Seton Catholic is a perfect 4-0 against Globe since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Sentinels will look to defend their home field against the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Seton Catholic is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Apache Junction 22-1 on Friday. The Sentinels have beaten the Prospectors the last seven times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Prospectors has come to flipping the script.

Abbey Cota made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and four RBI.
Seton Catholic always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .700. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Globe duked it out with Ray on Monday. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 17-2 margin over the Bearcats.
Like Seton Catholic, Globe also got a great game from a two-way player: Zoey Tulk. She tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Tulk has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Globe got a massive performance out of Bailey Andrade, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Jade Verdugo was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI.
Seton Catholic's win bumped their record up to 16-1. As for Globe, their victory bumped their record up to 17-9.
Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Seton Catholic has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 10 hits per game. However, it's not like Globe struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 5.2 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Seton Catholic was able to grind out a solid win over Globe in their previous meeting back in March, winning 7-3. Do the Sentinels have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
