Lakeland Christian won the last time they faced Frostproof and things went their way on Thursday too. The Lakeland Christian Vikings simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Frostproof Bulldogs 48-9. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 30 points or more this season.

Lakeland Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rudi Jessee, who went 8 of 16 on her way to 20 points along with six boards and four steals. Jessee has been hot, having posted three or more steals the last five times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Khloe Overstreet, who posted eight points and six steals.

Lakeland Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in eight consecutive matches.

Lakeland Christian pushed their record up to 11-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.4 points per game. As for Frostproof, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.
