Soccer Game Preview: Cary-Grove vs. Grayslake Central

The Cary-Grove Trojans will host the Grayslake Central Rams at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Cary-Grove is looking to pick up the season's first win, something they couldn't quite do against Lake Zurich on Tuesday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Cary-Grove's goal came courtesy of Avery Hoffman, which was the first she's scored this season.

Meanwhile, Grayslake Central was able to grind out a solid win over Vernon Hills on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1.

With that draw, Cary-Grove's record moves to 0-1-1. As for Grayslake Central, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
