Henley faced Cascade Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Hornets were outmatched by the Challengers and fell 43-16. This is the second loss in a row for Henley and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Cascade Christian, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Henley and Cascade Christian will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Hornets are set to challenge their familiar foe Hidden Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Cascade Christian will face off against rival Klamath Union at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
