Magnet Cove's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 16-1 margin over the Gurdon Go-Devils. The Panthers not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since April 5, 2024.

Magnet Cove's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Gurdon, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Magnet Cove will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Poyen at 4:30 p.m. on March 18th. As for Gurdon, they will head out on the road to challenge Spring Hill at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
