Softball Recap: Horseshoe Bend Takes a Loss

After flying high against Idaho City on Thursday, Horseshoe Bend came back down to earth. The Mustangs lost 17-0 to the Glenns Ferry Pilots on Monday. The Mustangs have struggled against the Pilots recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Horseshoe Bend's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Glenns Ferry, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season.

Horseshoe Bend wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 20-10 defeat against Idaho City on the 30th. As for Glenns Ferry, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-4 loss against Melba on the 29th.
