Football Recap: Fort Bend Clements Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Fort Bend Clements had lost five straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped down to 1-3 to make it six. They were outmatched by the Fort Bend Bush Broncos and fell 51-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Rangers have suffered against the Broncos since October 13, 2016.

Trey Rivera threw for 57 yards on seven of 17 attempts. La'Prince Fowler was his top target, picking up 39 receiving yards.

As for Fort Bend Bush, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1. The game marked their most dominant win of the season so far.

Rokeeb Okunnu was nothing short of spectacular: he picked up 56 receiving yards and two scores, and also rushed for 64 yards and one TD. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 64 yards. Brandon Smith helped out on the ground, rushing for 109 yards and a rushing touchdown.

Fort Bend Clements has already played their next contest, a 35-14 victory against Fort Bend Dulles on the 27th. As for Fort Bend Bush, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 35-21 loss against Fort Bend Hightower on the 25th.
