Football Recap: Houston Falls to Homer in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Houston unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were beaten by the Homer Mariners 64-8 on Friday. The Hawks were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 52-0.

Homer can attribute much of their success to Joaquin Jackson, who picked up 33 receiving yards and a pair of TDs, and also punched in one rushing score.
