Baseball Recap: Baldwin County Takes a Loss

Baldwin County was the 5-0 winner over Davidson when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Baldwin County's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Davidson, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-11 record this season.

Baldwin County will be playing at home against St. Michael Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The last three games the Cardinals have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Davidson, they will venture away from home to face off against McGill-Toolen at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
