Basketball Recap: Glenn Comes Up Short at Home Against Ragsdale + How To Watch

Glenn unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 62-57 to the Ragsdale Tigers on Tuesday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 14 in a row.

Despite the loss, Glenn had strong showings from Derrek Griffin, who posted 12 points, and Semaj Galloway, who scored 14 points and five boards.

Ragsdale's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Souleymane Sy led the charge by putting up 15 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Roy Worth, who put up 14 points.

The win got Ragsdale back to even at 1-1.

Glenn didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 67-63 defeat against Thomasville on the 21st. As for Ragsdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 78-68 loss against High Point Central on the 19th.
