Volleyball Recap: Archbishop Mcnicholas Beats Turpin for Their Third Straight Victory

Archbishop McNicholas extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Ali Strange. Everything went the Rockets' way against the Turpin Spartans on Saturday as they made off with a 3-0 victory for which the team can thank Strange, who had 15 digs and one assist. She has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Archbishop McNicholas' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Turpin, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Archbishop McNicholas and Turpin will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Rockets will challenge rival Archbishop Alter at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Turpin is set to take on their familiar foe Milford at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
