Basketball Recap: Lambert Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lambert can now relate to. They took a hard 74-55 fall against the Grayson Rams on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Longhorns can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 67th, while the Rams are ranked third).

Lambert's defeat dropped their record down to 20-8. As for Grayson, the victory was the 28th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 28-1.

Lambert does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Grayson, they will challenge Lowndes on Tuesday. Lowndes has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last five games.
