Olean got themselves on the board against Pioneer on Tuesday, but Pioneer never followed suit. They blew past the Panthers 12-0. The result was nothing new for the Huskies, who have now won eight games by six runs or more so far this season.

Emma Edwards was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out nine over six innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That triple was her first of the season.
