Baseball Recap: Haddonfield Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Haddonfield's offense. They came up short against the Allentown Redbirds on Friday, falling 11-0. The match marked the first time this year in which the Bulldawgs were not able to get on the board.

This is the second loss in a row for Haddonfield and nudges their season record down to 6-4-1. As for Allentown, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season.

Haddonfield will host Hamilton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Hornets will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Bulldawgs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Allentown, they will head out on the road to take on Hopewell Valley Central at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
