It was fun while it lasted, but Cedar Springs's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Friday. They lost 53-30 to the Catholic Central Cougars. The loss was the Red Hawks' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cedar Springs fell to 3-1. As for Catholic Central, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Cedar Springs will host Big Rapids at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Big Rapids' defense has only allowed 27.4 points per game this season, so Cedar Springs' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Catholic Central, they are taking a road trip to square off against East Grand Rapids at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th.
