Softball Recap: Gulfport Comes Up Short

Gulfport fell victim to D'Iberville and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the D'Iberville Warriors. That's two games in a row now that the Admirals have lost by exactly three runs.

Gulfport is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8. As for D'Iberville, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Coming up, Gulfport will square off against Pascagoula at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The last three games Pascagoula has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for D'Iberville, they will face off against Poplarville at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
