Football Recap: Bloomfield Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Lincoln last Friday, Bloomfield came back down to earth. The Bengals were dealt a 34-6 loss at the hands of the East Orange Campus Jaguars on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Bengals in their meetings with the Jaguars: they've now lost eight in a row.

Bloomfield's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-2. As for East Orange Campus, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Looking ahead, Bloomfield will venture away from home to face off against Kennedy on Friday. The Bengals will be up against the Knights' rather soft defense (which has allowed 41.75 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for East Orange Campus, they will host Eastside at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
