Football Recap: Genoa-Kingston Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Winnebago last Friday, Genoa-Kingston came back down to earth. The Cogs fell 35-28 to the Seneca Fighting Irish on Friday. The game was a 14-14 toss-up at halftime, but the Cogs couldn't quite close it out.

Despite the loss, Genoa-Kingston still got an impressive performance from Cody Cravatta, who threw for 127 yards and one TD, and also rushed for 37 yards.

Genoa-Kingston dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Seneca, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Genoa-Kingston will welcome North Boone at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Seneca, they will challenge Dwight/Gardner-South Wilmington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
