Basketball Recap: New Boston Comes Up Short

New Boston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a 44-29 bruising from the Queen City Bulldogs. Sadly, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 44-37 back in December of 2024.

New Boston's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Queen City, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 13-10.

New Boston will square off against Hooks at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Queen City, they will take on Redwater at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
