Harvard-Westlake's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Malibu Sharks 3-0. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Sharks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

While Harvard-Westlake might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Malibu scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-18, 25-23.

The win got Harvard-Westlake back to even at 1-1. As for Malibu, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Harvard-Westlake will take on Paraclete at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Malibu, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Palisades on the 21st.
