Volleyball Recap: King Cove's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

King Cove lost against Cordova back in November of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The T-Jacks and Rookies fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 1-0. The loss put an end to the T-Jacks and Rookies' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, King Cove fell to 2-1. As for Cordova, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-5.

King Cove will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sand Point at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. The last five games the Eagles/Lady Eagles have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Cordova, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Unalaska on the 10th.
