There's no place like home for Hayti, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They won by a set and slipped past the South Pemiscot Bulldogs 3-2. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Indians as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Hayti was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (99-98), but they still managed to win. The final score came out to 25-21, 16-25, 17-25, 25-19, 15-9.

Hayti's win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for South Pemiscot, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Hayti didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against North Pemiscot on the 30th. As for South Pemiscot, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Risco at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th.
