Softball Preview: Wolfe County Wolves vs. Johnson Central Golden Eagles

Wolfe County and Johnson Central are an even 3-3 against one another since May of 2015, but likely not for long. The Wolfe County Wolves will head out on the road to take on the Johnson Central Golden Eagles at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Wolfe County will be strutting in after a victory while Johnson Central will be coming in after a defeat.

In what's become a running theme this season, Wolfe County gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They put the hurt on Owsley County with a sharp 15-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for Wolfe County.

Sami Noble made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Noble has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. Wolfe County's win bumped their record up to 15-12. As for Johnson Central, their loss dropped their record down to 17-13.
