Basketball Recap: Faith Christian Comes Up Short

Faith Christian lost against Still Creek Christian back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Faith Christian Saints took a 56-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Still Creek Christian Colts.

Still Creek Christian found their leader in sophomore Logan Walton, who went 9 for 16 on his way to 25 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Walton has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremy Reed, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 boards.

Faith Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Still Creek Christian, their win bumped their record up to 8-6.

Faith Christian will welcome Community Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Still Creek Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-34 victory against Banff on the 11th.
