Soccer Recap: Carlsbad Comes Up Short

Carlsbad was the 2-0 winner over Santa Teresa when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cavemen/Cavegirls fell just short of the Desert Warriors by a score of 3-2 on Saturday.

Carlsbad's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Santa Teresa, the victory made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 2-2.

Coming up, Carlsbad will venture away from home to face off against Goddard at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Santa Teresa, they will take on Gadsden in a tournament on Friday.
