Huron came into Wednesday's matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They skirted past the Airport Jets 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Chiefs have posted against the Jets since April 22, 2022.

Huron's victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Airport, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Huron will welcome Trenton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Trojans have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.63 runs per game on average), something the Chiefs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
