Baseball Recap: West Carroll Comes Up Short

West Carroll was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 19-3 to the Halls Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 on Monday.

West Carroll saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eli Bryant, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

West Carroll's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Halls, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-8.

Coming up, West Carroll will challenge Jackson North Side at 6:35 p.m. on Thursday. Halls has already played their next contest (against Campbell County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
