Basketball Recap: Holton Takes a Loss

Holton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 60-53 to the Osage City Indians. That's two games in a row now that the Wildcats have lost by exactly seven points.

Holton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Osage City, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holton will face off against Sabetha at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Osage City, they will square off against Lebo at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
